Training in progress: Methods and techniques for improving business processes

After the recently realized first sub-activity (out of a total of six planned for the Institute for Standardization of Montenegro) "Two-day seminar Overview of the situation in the field of European standardization" within the framework of the IPA 2020 project, training on methods and techniques for improving business processes is underway" ( Methods and techniques for improving business processes) within sub-activity 2.3.5, which will last from April 4 to 7, 2023. The lecturer at the training is Mr. Janez Furlan, senior expert for quality infrastructure.

The training is attended by employees of the Institute as well as representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism, who have the opportunity to learn about methods and techniques that can help organizations improve their business. Methods and techniques that can help organizations in management, main processes, and support processes will be presented.
